Program Description
Interwest Construction, Inc. (“Interwest”) operates an SMS and MMS messaging program used for business communications with our employees, customers, project owners, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Messages sent through this program are conversational and operational in nature. They may include job site scheduling and dispatch updates, crew coordination, material and delivery confirmations, equipment and service coordination, safety and weather-related notices, and follow-up on project communications already underway by phone or email.
Interwest does not send marketing, promotional, or solicitation text messages.
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to Interwest Construction, Inc., you agree that we may contact you by text message at that number for the purposes described above. Consent is obtained directly from you and is not a condition of any purchase, contract, or service we provide.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Because messages are sent conversationally in response to active project activity, the number of messages you receive depends on the work in progress and the nature of our communications with you.

You may cancel text messages from Interwest Construction, Inc. at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt back in.
